Tomorrow (Tues, Nov 28) the Moon enters Aries, sign of the adventurer-pioneer. Just how pioneering are Arians? Well, Aries actor (and equestrian) William Shatner, playing an Aries born Star Fleet Captain (born March 22, 2233 in Riverside, Iowa) managed to single handedly make the split-infinitive acceptable.

TMAstrology for Monday, Nov 27: Today's aspects favor the announcement of important or sober news. Personally I don't think the engagement of Prince Harry to an American actress qualifies (though it's what seems to be dominating). Then again, astrologers see the side of matrimony that drives people to drink, and that's a sober thought, so ... eh, maybe it qualifies. For we commoners--stars say, activities that require depth of thought, solitude, philosophical or organized thinking should go well.

Equine Astrology TOD for Fri, Nov 17: It's TGIF but this is no time to be playing around with horses; today's aspects are great for practical progress! Then again--the weekend's aspects will be stressful. Maybe it's the progress can wait and a relaxing start we need. Here's a nice, feel-good story about practical progress that'll relax you.
Someone asked me, so what's up--astrologically--with all the sexual abuse/scandals coming out in the news lately? Well, in October Jupiter, connected with blowing things up (getting larger, like a balloon inflating) entered the sign of Scorpio. I don't have to explain Scorpio to you, do I? ... the quote, "Love is free. Lust will cost you everything you have.", about covers it ... image by Gratisography. Check them out!

Equine Astrology tip of the Day of Thursday, Nov 9: you've often heard me mention the "Saturn cycle," where the foundation of a life, a business, a building (etc) is "tested" for soundness at 7 year intervals. A friend found a perfect article illustrating the Saturn cycle in action. Yes, horses are in it!

Equine Astrology Tip of the Day for Monday, Nov 6: It's an extra Monday-ey Monday today horse lovers and tasks feel harder than we feel they should feel. But hey, the culprit (Saturn) rules the idea of "soundness." Here's a perfect Saturnian-day soundness exam. (This horse looks plenty sound to me).
TMAstrology for Monday, Nov 6: "Let's do our best, even if it gets us nowhere," wrote Henry Miller. Now doesn't that just sound like a Capricorn? Which of course, he was. Regardless of our Sun Sign we're all channeling this sentiment today. So let's get out there and do our pointless best. Let the Capricorns know they have company. Solidarity and all that.
